Comfortable Stay Near Kelvingrove

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is a short walk from grocery shops and the city center. The staff were helpful with local knowledge. The location near the park was helpful for my morning jogs.

The walls are thin. I could easily hear other guests through the wall.

poor cleaning visible dust

the location was acceptable , near kelvingrove park.

the cleaning was not good at all. dust was visible on the lamps and there was dirt and hair in the shower. i also found a chocolate egg under the bed , which indicated poor cleaning practices.

The staff were so lovely. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room was always clean, it stayed that way and it was super quiet in a quiet neighborhood next to a nice spot. I walked to stores, shops, and eateries.

Our room needed better sound proofing. I could hear other guests through the wall very easily. I was woken up by snoring and coughing through the night, not pleasant! The room was smaller than expected, it was difficult to get around the bed.

The location was really convenient. It was near kelvingrove park and some cafes! breakfast options included a lot of great food. the staff were pleasant. They were very helpful and responsive. I could open the window for fresh air.

kevin, the manager at reception, was very cute and helpful, even carrying bags upstairs. alan and kevin at reception offered excellent service! kevin offered all sorts of outings. gabriel was most helpful with hotel needs.

The bathroom was clean, super clean, and modern. the room was clean, looked after, quiet, and spacious. also, the heated towel rail was really nice. It was great! i had a nice view from my room.

the breakfast was good with a wide selection of options.. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient with easy access to local attractions. i particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, assuring i slept very well.

the room i stayed in felt a bit small, and maneuvering around to reach certain areas, like the kettle, was slightly challenging. i think a more spacious layout would significantly improve the overall comfort of the room.

The hotel is conveniently located NEAR Kelvingrove Park. I found the room clean with ample space. Breakfast offered a great CHOICE with good coffee. I appreciated the complimentary, fast wi-fi.

My room included tea and coffee MAKING facilities, biscuits, and hot chocolate. The bathroom was clean. The ensuite bathroom had toiletries. A hairdryer and straighteners WERE provided in the bedroom, as well as lots of storage.
